    All goods sold at Augustina Jewelry are backed by our 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are't completely satisfied with your purchase, we will promptly give you a refund immediately after we received your return package. 

1. For the products we ship by ourselves directly to you, please follow the steps in the following:
1). Please send an e-mail to orders@AugustinaJewelry.com and write "return" in the subject line.  Please specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
2)  Please Package the item securely along with a copy of your original packing slip and mail to the following address:

If the item was shipped with a copy of the appraisal, please return the copy of the appraisal along with the products and the packing slip. 

Please use United States Postal Office Service (USPS) because Fedex or UPS do not ship to the PO Boxes.

We merchants on Amazon.com do not have the Credit Card information from customers. Amazon.com handles Credit Card charges and refund.  We will initiate the refund process through Amazon and Amazon.com will send you email notifications as well. Refund amount will be posted on your next credit card Bill under the name of "Amazon".

Return shipping charges will be your responsibility unless you received the wrong item or it was delivered in a damaged condition. In any case if it was our fault, we will cover your return shipping fee (in this case, Please use USPS Regular Mail Certified or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, please DO NOT use Postal Office Express Mail).

Please note that items showing signs of wear and tear or those that have been altered or damaged cannot be returned.

     You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. We will refund you 100% of the price you paid for the item.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If order was shipped to you for free, then there won't be any shipping fee deduction.

2. For our Amazon FBA products (which we ship to Amazon warehouse and store in Amazon, and Amazon ships them for us), all returns and refunds must follow Amazon's directions and rules.

If the item was shipped with a copy of the appraisal, please return the copy of the appraisal along with the products and the packing slip.
